Amy is a sought-after fitness expert, wellness advocate, and actress, known for transforming the bodies and lives of high-profile clients, including Selena Gomez, Miranda Kerr, Kristen Bell, and many more. With a focus on radical self-love and acceptance, Amy's holistic approach to fitness integrates mind, body, and spirit, encouraging clients to listen deeply to their bodies for sustainable results and greater joy.

A former dancer and graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, Amy’s fitness journey spans diverse disciplines—from pilates and kickboxing to yoga and Tai Chi. After years of traditional fitness training, Amy developed her signature workouts that combine intense cardio with yoga and pilates, allowing clients to achieve transformative results while reconnecting with their bodies.

As an actor (Croods Family Tree, Shrinking) and mom of two, Amy understands life’s imperfections and believes that self-care doesn’t have to be time-consuming to be effective. She advocates for small, meaningful practices like meditation and restorative yoga, showing clients how even just a few minutes a day can make a difference.

Amy is also a certified nutritionist with Nutritious Life and a passionate chef, creating nourishing meal plans for her clients to support their wellness journey, including Selena before, during, and after her Revival Tour.
